Postage

When will my order be posted?

Please allow about 2-4 working days for processing & packing of orders before your item is shipped. 

*Note: New collection shipments can take up to 4 days to process & pack before shipment, due to the high volume of orders. We thank you for your patience. 

We post via Australia Post using Parcel Post at a flat rate of $9 for domestic orders.

International postage is calculated at the checkout with cost dependant on your location.

International Shipping

We offer Tracked & Untracked shipping options for international orders.

If you choose tracked shipping you will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped - this will show where your order is at all times.

If you choose untracked shipping you will only receive a parcel ID - this is a proof of shipment, but you will not be able to track your order.

Untracked shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and we do not refund if your item is late or missing.

Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Expected delivery times/item tracking can be checked here on the Australia Post website.

International orders will be sent via Standard International Post - with tracking, with an arrival time of 15-25 working days. 

Once your order is posted we are not responsible for items misplaced during the shipping process and do not refund on this basis.

 Returns

What's your return policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it - with original packaging and tags.

Refunds

Do you refund?
Refunds will only be given if approved, please email ourfolk@outlook.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items
Sale item purchases are final sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ourfolk@outlook.com

Return/Refund Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund postage/shipping costs. Please be aware you agreeing to this when making a purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
